There is quite a lot of good and reliable sources on the Internet for people who are new to using PC’s. You can also get books that provide the same help on solving problems. There are books like Windows for Dummies and stuff like that.

ihave aproblem with my dvd writer , the media player sends me this msg ‘you should lower your screen resolution and color quality settings,
but its lowered actually .
anyway the problem is that i can not play dvds .
